I have queried this with the hotel as I need to cancel one, but no one is responding to me. Or add the documents I keep getting emails about that are needed for my trip. ### 4/5 — Royal Hideaway *2025-11-24* This hotel has much to commend it. The privacy of the balconies, the excellent shower, the comfortable bed etc. It could however benefit from USB ports and the internet speed does not support watching live sporting events during busy periods. We wanted to watch an international rugby match but the constant polling and freezing of the picture made it impossible. Having said that we are booked to return in January for another break from English winter. La cama y el confort de la habitación, el diseño del hotel tan divertido y bien cuidado, pero sobre todo el equipo humano, excepcional en todos los espacios. La comida es de otro planeta, desayuno, buffet, restaurante a la carta, ni un pero y esto es complicado, producto de primera calidad, presentaciones hechas con cariño y sabores exquisitos.
