I applied for card and then never received it. Called several times to see if there was a digital card option so I could use the card and was told there was not one, 6-8 months later I finally get a card and login to my account and the promotion is expired. Called customer service several times again and was told it will be send to another department to be addressed/fixed and never heard back from anyone.
