I keep getting this information page and it says to dismiss it so I do but it won’t let me scan the code can’t figure out what to do with it

Each time I tried to scan barcode an ad popped up to interrupt and wouldn’t let the scan happen. Don’t waste your time on this app

Don’t even waste your time to download this crap.Doesn’t scan one bit.

Needed to scan and get ASCII from a QR code and this worked great.  No issues.  It even scanned some of the UPC type codes near where the QR was as a bonus.
