It’s only me, I never needed Enterprise, Professional worked best for me and now it’s gone after having a paid license. ### 1/5 — Flaw for android *2024-02-20* It so t download got my note 10 as it says my device is too new for the app. Please fix ### 1/5 — Won’t add new sheet *2023-01-03* App Closes out every time I add a new sheet or go to import from a google sheet ### 1/5 — Worthless on iPhone *2021-02-07* I have a friend who uses this on Android and it is awesome. However, on iPhone, the background and text are both white and you can’t see any of your data. There is no way to email support or get my money back. IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE, DO NOT USE THIS APP!! ### 1/5 — Nope. *2019-06-20* We tried to use it for store inventory. Two different people setup a new enterprise but neither time could anybody login. We kept getting an error message that name or password was wrong but no help, options to change it or anything useful. Three people trying for nearly an hour, we didn’t get it wrong. We uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working. Fail. ### 1/5 — Attendance management issues *2019-02-19* Not able to scan a 39 code to put into an attendance sheet for meeting. Have a good day :) ### 1/5 — Great App *2019-02-18* This is a great app. But how do you reset an Enterprise account account if you’ve forgotten the password? **Developer response:** Hi User, We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. But for security reasons, currently the functionality to reset the Enterprise Admin user's password is not provided within the application. If you forget the Enterprise account password, then please contact us at support@knowband.com from the same email id which is being used for admin account and there we will provide instructions to reset the password. Have a good day :) ### 1/5 — App sticks and doesn’t import *2018-01-20* App is not user friendly when importing a CSV file. App also sticks when drop down menus are used. The entries ware basically in white font too making it extremely hard to read your entries. And when you move the iPad around the image on the screen moves the opposite direction of your movement. It makes it nearly impossible to use. ### 3/5 — Pictures are exported in PNG format. *2019-04-03* Would have been perfect if the pictures were not exported in PNG format.
