## What is Bare?

Your mirror can't tell you whether four weeks of a new routine did anything. Bare measures it.

Take a guided scan and Bare reads five things from the photo — clarity, tone, texture, balance and under-eye brightness — then tracks them over weeks so you can see what your routine is actually doing.

WHY BARE IS DIFFERENT

Most skin apps let you photograph yourself in any light, at any distance, from any angle, then draw you a chart. That chart measures your lighting, not your skin.

Bare won't let you take the shot until your framing, distance and light match your last one. An alignment ring, a ghost overlay of your previous scan and a lighting check do the work. That's what makes a six-week comparison mean something.

FROM SCAN TO ROUTINE

A score on its own doesn't tell you what to do. After each scan Bare proposes a morning and evening regimen aimed at your two lowest measurements, using the products already on your shelf wherever it can and telling you plainly when something isn't. Every line explains which measurement it's responding to. Untick anything you don't want, then accept — your checklists update to match.

BUILT AROUND YOUR ROUTINE

Bare asks what you're working on and what your skin is like, then suggests a starting shelf — and never assumes you own products you don't. Tick what's actually in your bathroom and your checklists match reality from day one.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Every photo and every calculation stays on your iPhone. There's no account, no server and no analytics. Nothing is uploaded, because there's nowhere to upload it to. Delete your scans in Settings and they're gone everywhere.

SUBSCRIPTION

Bare Plus unlocks the full app after a 3-day free trial: $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
