Should not have shipped this out so half baked. This was by far the best ai analytics tool I used until I realized how limited I was. Astor and Origin fill in these gaps. So much potential, shipped half baked. On liability tracking, our focus is on being the best tool for stock and portfolio analysis rather than a full net worth tracker, so debts and loans are outside what we're building right now. When you chat with it, over time it contradicts itself heaps based on what you say, it sometimes completely ignores what you are saying. Keeping everything in one chat is difficult because you have to scroll to the bottom to see what response it has given you rather than starting from the bottom. **Developer response:** Thanks for a solid month with Barebone and for the detailed feedback. If you're centered around AI there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to upload your own portfolio as a CSV OR take a picture of it instead of inputting it manually. Easy update, zero reason this shouldn’t be a basic feature. I raised a ticket to change it to monthly plan so that i can pay for a month and then cancel it but they say it’s not possible. As we shared over email when you first reached out in June, Barebone subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple, so we're unable to switch or refund plans on our side, and we included the steps to change plans through iPhone Settings. Since a plan switch only takes effect after the current billing period ends, the best path for your situation is a refund request directly with Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple is usually responsive to these. They are stealing your info and adding to their dada base. They ask you all of your information first and then they tell you at the end you cannot even try it without a credit card. Do not give them any of your info. They give you one week free trial but they take all of your credit card info of course 99% of people don’t ever call to cancel. No customer support either.
