## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Money grab by what used to be my favorite band

*2020-11-30*

This app does nothing. I was forced to buy into this when I purchased tix for last summer’s concert, with a promise of a “fan bundle” included. Ticketmaster refunded the cost of tix, but not this, and I’ve never gotten anything, never been contacted, can find no way to contact them. Ridiculous and shameful for a band that claims they are doing so much for others. Not for their fans.

### 1/5 — I can’t launch the app!

*2020-11-25*

I downloaded it on both my phone and iPad but every time I click it won’t launch!

### 1/5 — PRESALE HYPE AND YOU GOTTA PAY

*2020-01-22*

Seriously. You hype up the app & the presale code you will give out only on the app. Then I enter the presale code to find that I have to pay $39.99 in order to have the pleasure of purchasing tickets for the presale.

Guys- I am a big fan. I have seen you in concert at least 10 times starting in ‘91. But seriously guys, I’m raising a family now and money is totally tight. My oldest has type 1 diabetes (yes, I VOLUNTEERED to have the pleasure of seeing you at the JDRF event) and money is TIGHT!!! It would be a SPLURGE to buy concert tickets but with all these added fees- I just can’t. On top of Ticketmaster fees you add another $40 fee and we just can’t afford it. I don’t know how much the tickets would be because I didn’t get that far but, but I did read another comment on Facebook saying it was over $600 for one man’s purchase of four tickets, and our MONTHLY grocery budget is $500 a month. I can not spend a month of groceries on a one night concert. Way too extravagant for my budget.

So this fan will be checking your CD out of the library and listening to it while dancing by myself in my kitchen instead. Not as glamorous but that’s the way life goes... if I only had a million dollars... I would buy tickets to your concert.

### 2/5 — Notifications to nowhere

*2020-01-21*

I LOVE BNL, but this app needs help. I got the app so I could get the early sale for tickets. They sent the push notification with the code to purchase, but when you swipe to go into the app for more information (like ypu do with literally EVERY OTHER APP), the app opens but there’s no way to retrieve the code. It’s not in the older notification section either. There’s no FAQ, support, or help button. So now the sale starts in 3 minutes and I still don’t have the code. Push Notifications should go to a relevant and helpful spot, not just disappear into the ether without anyway to see them again.

### 4/5 — RESEND THE CODE PLEASE

*2020-01-21*

Presale notification disappeared please resend

### 5/5 — App works fine

*2023-01-31*

One star ratings are for issues located between the keyboard and the chair. Less Karens more BNL please

### 5/5 — Easy Peasy

*2020-01-17*

Nice, easy to use app. Everything in the BNL-Verse all in the same place.
