Je comprends pas c’est quoi le problème avec ma tête pour que ma photo sois refuser à chaque fois !! Pourtant je fais au mieux!! Plus de lumières, pas de fond, on vois bien mon visage etc ..mais non c’est jamais assez je me fais toujours refuser..

Never seen such nasty pricing. 140€ per month 😂 which allows you to contact 15 profiles a week. The app itself isn’t that great, so the price is even more ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble of downloading and getting your selfie verified.

Update to response:

Go look at any review that’s  mentioned the photo issues that this app has.  The developer always replies saying it’s the users fault.   If something is consistently happening on your app, look inward.  Maybe all of your users aren’t stupid and your app has an issue. Rather than taking the time reply to countless bad reviews, take the time to fix your photo problem.

Unfortunately
Regardless of which photo I picked out of the dozen or so I have
Some of which were professional photos taken at events
I couldn’t get a photo accepted
And now that I have read the reviews it seems like no matter what the developers couldn’t care less to fix it.
And for the record before I get a reply saying I didn’t read the guidelines
I did,
And they fit perfectly in them
In fact , one was very similar to the example they use of a “acceptable” photo.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this app but it’s a real bummer that they refuse to fix it

As per typical; a stubborn response

You guys simply cannot believe the amount of people that are having issues with your moderation system.
It’s broken,
Fix your app. Stop responding to every review saying it’s not your fault your app is messed up.
Maybe, just maybe with an entire user base of probably a few hundred people, you could potentially relax the rules around your photos or fix whatever glitch causes them to be rejected constantly.

Very few people on the platform, exceptionally bad/simple app, no way for people to present themselves beyond a couple of pictures… Charging $30/week for that should be considered crime 🤦‍♂️ Deleted my account 10 minutes later

This app is a joke, it’s all 1 stars and you can CLEARLY see the unprofessional and rude response comments by the staff. Don’t take things personal APEH it’s not your company you just work there. Admit the owners don’t know ANYTHING about dating apps. Take some notes from Bumble my guy.

1) Fake profiles that don't respond. 2) Pay to start 5 convos, but surprise, after you pay, platform demands more money to "view profiles"... 3) Demands out-of-nowhere for you to upload a selfie to prove your identity. Can't delete my user profile unless I comply with their coercive intrusive demand. 4) Platform disallowed screenshots. All blacked out suspciously. "Barev" is a scam-ish app.

Впервые вижу сайт знакомств где базовое возможность ставить кому-то лайк является платной! Теперь понятно почему такой низкий рейтинг ставят люди!

Почитала отзывы прежде чем установить данное приложение, не поверила.
Как оказалось зря. На вопрос в ответ хамство. Закрыли все, в виде указания. Может быть самоутвеждение, не знаю. Все это  очень не красиво и грубо. 
Хотела приложить скрины, но там темный экран.

Registration takes 2 days just only to find out this app doesn’t have any filters: no location, no age - just list of random user with no profile information nothing! Learn from Tinder or Bumble how the dating app must work.

Уважаемые разработчики, спасибо вам за приложение, хорошие фото, безопасно и работает прекрасно. Но есть большой минус, когда запрос приходят ко мне с меня снимают деньги, запрос может придти от нежелательных людей. Когда я отправляю запрос, если у девушки нет средств она не может отвечать и это разочаровывает. И большое пополнять нет желание, это игра на одни ворота. Я вам настоятельно рекомендую дать девушкам возможность ответить даже если у них нет средств и  за ответ на запрос не списывать количество. Если стоит вопрос финансов, то лучше увеличите сумму подписки. Я думаю это будет интересно и правильно.

If most of your customers are complaining, that they can’t upload photos, maybe you should change your photo requirements and make them little more forgiving and user friendly. I was only reading reviews trying to decide if I should make an account or no and I never heard this type of complain from and other dating apps. Online Dating is already challenging, please don’t make it any more difficult and annoying. Thank you
