Um it’s 6 grams per serving! Core Powrr Shakes are only 26 g of protein and in your app 1 shake took up my whole allowance of protein! Really? Post Bariatric patients need a customizable app and not a generic one because our needs vary so widely. We need an app that can be programmed to meet specific goals. The apps I have tried won't allow these specific settings, even though they are given under medical supervision, because they may not reflect a balanced diet. This is an area where apps like My Fitness Pal fail. Also, I hate when apps force you to register with an email before you have a chance to check them out. Unfortunately, out of habit I entered my business email. When I tried to change it, the app repeatedly crashes so you CANNOT CHANGE your email. Makes me feel that they just want your email so they can sell it to a spammer for profit.
