BariBuddy was mentioned to me by a friend.   She said it was super user friendly and works for her, so I decided to give it a shot.  I love that it’s based in Alberta, Canada, and that it’s a free platform to log my progress.  The simple tips that the app offers are a good reminder I don’t need gimmicks and expensive apps to keep track of my bariatric health journey.  I’ve come this far, and I’m not going back!
