Booked for a Tiki themed 60th birthday party. Kev was highly professional from start to finish. He entertained a crowd of over 100 guests in my garden, with a huge audience participation and had all the ladies up dancing. Fist set of swing hits as requested then a mixed bag which had everyone singing along. Thank you so much Kev, you helped make memories for all our family to enjoy for years. The company only did half of my gutters,but charged me full price. I received a call that I need urgent work carried out on my roof, they were supposed to come and do it the next day, they did come, take the payment, and left without doing anything. This was confirmed by another profesional when I had suspicions about the business and the time they spent cleaning the gutters. When I reported this to Bark, they stated they can not help as it was a cash payment, they didn’t investigate and accepted that contractors are scamming customers, they haven’t removed the contractor from the website to prevent this from happening to others .They received evidence of this including CCTV. I am £750 out of pocket, with no work to show for this. The company has also now blocked my phone number, after asking for invoices and receipts for the work they supposedly carried out. I can not imagine that in these days, websites such as Bark would allow this scam to happen, I can only imagine how many people this has happened to who are unable to check if the work has been done. I work hard to provide for my family, not to have a large chunk of money taken for a scam. **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear about your experience.
