Cela fait maintenant 3 mois que je n’ai plus de carte!!! Quand j’ai rajouté mes autres chiens la carte a soudainement disparu! Impossible de faire de paiement et franchement je suis dégoûtée! J’ai fais en sorte de mettre tous mes animaux sur cette mutuelle pour justement bénéficier de cette carte qui était très pratique quand je l’avais…bref aucune réponse à mes réclamations depuis trois mois je vais finir par bloquer les règlements de mes mutuelle si je ne peux bénéficier de cette carte!

Si vous avez un chien ou un chat, c’est clairement l’une des assurances les plus intéressantes que j’ai vues. Les vaccins sont pris en charge et remboursés à 100% 💉, ce qui est déjà un gros plus quand on sait combien ça peut coûter chaque année.

Autre point rassurant : le plafond annuel de prise en charge monte jusqu’à 3000€ 💰, ce qui permet de couvrir pas mal de frais vétérinaires en cas de pépin. Honnêtement, pour le moment je n’ai pas trouvé mieux.

L’appli est simple à utiliser 📱 et la souscription se fait rapidement. Ça permet surtout d’éviter de stresser pour les frais si jamais son animal tombe malade.

The invoice import is broken and kicks out crazy numbers. When you report it to them their AI customer service asks you for the same information over and over and then asks you to fill out a form detailing the bug for them. Basically, they don’t want to pay people to do customer service so they push the friction onto the user. It’s a really low quality, shoddy way to build software.
