## What is BarnMate Pro?

BarnMate Pro is the digital logbook for your stable: horses, care, feeding, farriery, planning and team, brought together in a clear, fast app — designed for stable managers, owners and professionals.

BarnMate Pro is the professional edition of BarnMate, the app that helps horse owners and riders manage their part-loans.

HORSES
• Complete record: identity, coat, breeding, stall, passport, SIRE/UELN/transponder numbers.
• Vet, farrier and groom contacts within reach.

FEEDING & STOCK
• Morning / noon / evening rations per horse and per feed.
• Stock tracking with restock alerts.
• Feeding board exportable to PDF.

CARE & HEALTH RECORD
• Automatic reminders: vaccines, wormers, dentist, osteo.
• Daily supplements and medication courses.
• Route of administration (oral, IM, IV, subcutaneous) and distinction between one-off care and multi-day treatment.
• Complete, exportable health record.

FARRIERY
• Record shoeings, next due date calculated automatically.
• "Shoeings to schedule" message ready to send to the farrier.

PLANNING & TEAM
• Day-to-day work sessions and care.
• Team (riders, grooms, coaches) and leave management.
• Session tally per rider, over the period of your choice.

SHOWS
• Track national and international shows, with temperature reminders (FEI HorseApp).

IDEAS & PROJECTS
• An ideas board for each stable: anyone can suggest, the team votes "+1" and comments, the manager moves the status along.

WEATHER & BLANKET
• Blanket recommendation per horse based on the weather, clipping and cold sensitivity.

WIDGET, CALENDAR & IPAD
• “Today’s log” widget on your Home Screen: the day’s care and work at a glance.
• Export sessions and care to your iOS Calendar.
• Built for iPhone and iPad: on iPad the stable opens up, with a sidebar.

MULTI-STABLE
• Manage several stables / sites from a single account.

PRIVATE & OFFLINE
• Works offline: your data stays on your device and syncs via YOUR iCloud account (CloudKit). No account to create, no stable data on a BarnMate server.
• Only the weather forecast behind the blanket advice and purchases (validated via RevenueCat, Founder licence counter) reach an online service.

SHARING
• Invite your riders and grooms with a 6-character code (or a QR): they get free access to the shared stable.
• Your members in a web browser: web version at pro.barnmate.app (planning, horses, care, feeding), with an Apple Account.

SHARED REFERENCES
• Feeds, care, contacts and members in one place: entered once, available across all your stables.

ROLES & ACCESS
• Roles (manager, groom, rider, owner) and access limited to specific horses, set in one tap.
