BarnMate is the calm, beautiful planner for your horse — built for co-riders, half-board partners and owners who share the same barn life.

See today, this week or the whole month. Sessions, lessons, competitions, supplements, farrier visits, vaccines and care reminders. Everything is grouped by horse, by day, by rider.

— SHARE WITH YOUR CO-RIDER OR OWNER —
Invite your half-board partner or owner with a single tap. They get free access to the shared group — no separate account, no separate payment. Anyone in the group can plan, log and see the same thing in real time.

— TRACK SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING —
Riding lessons paid by the package? BarnMate keeps a clean ledger: deposits, lesson deductions, balance and renewal reminders. No more spreadsheets.

— PASSPORT & PHOTOS —
Store each horse's passport number, vaccine record and identification photos. Everything you need at the gate or at a vet visit.

— SMART REMINDERS —
Get notified before a farrier visit, a vaccine or a deworming — no more missed appointments.

Data is stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud account. Shared groups use Apple's CloudKit Sharing — invitations are bound to Apple ID. BarnMate operates no server and collects no analytics.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.

• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Any unused free trial portion is forfeited upon purchase.

• Turnout schedules: note each horse's turnout and bring-in times — named paddocks, per-day tweaks, "stays in" days. The summary shows on the horse's page and across the planning
• Repeating sessions: when you edit or delete a recurring session, choose "this session only" or "the whole series" — just like Apple's Calendar
• Attached reports: open a visit's photo or PDF with a single tap, and add a photo from your library
• Care: flag a device "to recharge" straight from the session, and create one care item for several horses at once
• Comfort and stability fixes

• Custom activities: create your own types of work
• Care: flag a device as "to recharge" (Ice Vibe, boots…) to warn the owner
