## What is BARO?

See your supported health history in a calmer, clearer dashboard.

Baro organizes sleep, activity, heart, stress, recovery, body weight, and workout trends from Google Health. Explore daily views, longer-term patterns, and transparent explanations of how supported scores are derived.

Baro is designed as a companion for supported Fitbit data available through Google Health. Fitbit is a trademark of Google LLC. Baro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

What you can do:
- Review a daily health overview
- Explore sleep stages, timing, and trends
- Follow steps, workouts, heart rate, HRV, and zone time
- Compare recent values with your own history
- Record journal check-ins and personal plans
- Export your local data or create a share card when you choose

Private by design:
Baro connects directly to Google Health from your device. Supported health history is stored locally. Baro has no developer health-data backend, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs in the release build.

You can explore the interface with clearly labeled sample data without connecting an account.

Baro is for general fitness and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use it for medical decisions or emergencies.
