Yet leaving us out now that we’re no longer needed. The only ethical thing they did here was to be honest & upfront as to why they’re killing the free/consumer version. I was very frustrated to learn on my latest reinstall of the app that it is now only available to enterprise users. As a self-employed IT contractor, I am not in a position to enter into expensive licensing arrangements for software, so it appears this great solution is now no longer available to me. Hope the developers will change their position on this and reintroduce a personal or single user business license option. If they do then I will update this review accordingly. Judging by recent reviews it seems many others are also disappointed by this change. Please listen to your users! ### 1/5 — Used to work perfectly. I’ve loved this app for years, and suddenly after an update I can’t access any features without enrolling in a plan with no prices listed. Why would I sign up for a free trial when I have no idea what I’m signing up to pay after the trial? Contacted customer service, and it was slow and super frosty. 🥶No friendliness whatsoever, and I was told to email development for pricing. If I’m going to pay for something, at least be upfront with pricing and act like you want my business.
