## What is Barracuda Estimates?

Barracuda Estimates is professional estimating software built by a contractor, for contractors. Build a homeowner-ready estimate in about three minutes — before you leave the driveway.

Pick your trade, describe the job room by room, and Barracuda prices it instantly from your own labor rates and material costs. Painting, flooring, drywall, roofing, siding, fencing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, concrete, landscaping, and full general-contracting — one tool, every trade.

• Build estimates room by room with quick templates (bedroom, kitchen, living room, and more)
• Your labor rate, your material prices — the math is yours, done instantly
• Attach photos of the job site, per room or for the whole estimate, straight from your camera
• Send a professional estimate your customer opens on their phone — itemized, signable, no app required on their end
• Customers pick options, approve, and sign right on the estimate portal
• Get notified when your estimate is viewed and signed
• Certificate of completion with a second signature when the work is done
• PDF proposals with your company branding, terms, and photos

Barracuda Estimates is for contractors with an existing Barracuda Estimates account. Sign in and get to work — nothing is sold inside the app.

Built for real job sites: fast on a phone, works the way you quote, and your customer never has to install anything.
