Great food terrible app, freezes on loading next screen. Makes me go els where unfortunately

The food is never ready on time when ordering ahead using the app. You might as well just turn up and order. It is completely pointless. Ordered across every night of the week, at different times of the evening and not once had my order been ready to collect when the app says it will be. In my experience you can’t even give them a grace period - it only gets cooked when you are physically in the shop. 

Totally pointless having the app.

Brilliant Italian chippy / takeaway in Bo’ness, the website seems to be dodgy so just use the app for the menu then phone them,  ps Barracuda chippy please fix your website!
