Quick check, looks like it’s all there. Take off then connect to plane WiFi, which granted, is a poor connection. Open Barron’s - it displays Error loading content. On every tab, one every page. WSJ and Financial Times downloads still work perfectly. ### 2/5 — App stinks. Content good. *2026-07-04, version 15.4.0* Got zero response on fixes from non-bots. Good luck trying to get magazine version. Scroll through every page to be sure it is downloaded. Go offline or in airplane mode, content disappears. Also noticed content disappears if it has fully downloaded on iPad then I open app in a location with poor WiFi. Your coworkers at WSJ app team have it figured out as it does not disappear. Before going into airplane mode, loaded Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, NY Times, and Barrons. Page through every Barrons article, all content from March 14 2026 issue is there and displays content correctly. Board plane, go into airplane mode. Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, NY times display content correctly. Barron’s displays Error loading content. On every tab, one every page. Same error I’ve been getting for over a year I’m running the latest version of everything on an iPad. A premium product developed by a team that can’t get the basics right. And does not appear to be trying or even acknowledge an issue, from what I can tell from release notes and all the app feedback. Quit inflicting mediocrity on your customers and fix this. Same old problem, never fixed. Running latest app version, latest iPadOS, logged out, logged back in, even deleted app and reloaded. Very repeatable problem that should be fixable. Financial Times remains the gold standard for downloads. ### 1/5 — Erratic links *2026-02-05, version 5.20.5* Every article highlight or link shown on the homepage, when clicked goes to seemingly a random article. Had to scroll left and right endlessly to find the article I want to read. This is completely unacceptable from somebody like Barron’s, I almost ended up hardly using baron subscription for over a year and used free resources with excessive ads, which ended up saving me time compared to barrons. It looks good and is easier to use. I can’t ask for much more. I do have this issue where it keeps telling me I have a payment issue to resolve. My card and info is current, I’ve checked on the website multiple times but I still get a notification every time I open the app that there is a pending payment issue that needs to be resolved. Please check it out for me!
