So many bugs and totally unusable for the simple purpose of booking classes. Despite having an account in London I can almost never get to London classes and more often than not the whole app breaks in some way. Needs to be removed. Big fan of Barry’s but this is not fit for purpose so really disappointing. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2021-08-04, version 1.16.0* Barry’s is a great workout, but for a big international brand you would think they would have a decent app. Terrible user experience and for the last 3 days, can’t book classes on the app due to “too many http redirects”. Given they are some of the most expensive classes in London, you’d think they might want to invest in a better experience for their customers. ### 1/5 — Horrific and amateur *2021-07-21, version 1.16.0* This is a horrible app especially when comparing with the USA Barry’s app. I mean seriously why is this not the same? If anything make the UI more online with today’s standards. It’s like an app that came out with the iPhone 4. There is so much money in Barry’s why are you being so USA centric when you have a loyal international following as well. It is impossible to find your booked classes and forget about buying shakes on it. It doesn’t deserve all the 1 star reviews so just ignore those. ### 5/5 — Finally an app! *2019-05-02, version 1.3.21* It’s been long overdue but so relieved there is an app now to make sure I don’t ever miss a workout and can stay on top of my training schedule. Well done, Barry’s team! ### 3/5 — Please improve App User Interface *2019-11-26, version 1.11.0* The app has all the proper functionality that I would expect. I’m glad that you’re able to book your tread / floor spot. However, PLEASE update the User Interface (a great example of UI would be SoulCycle’s app). The app seems especially broken on iPhone 11 Pro Max, where all the screens / information is pushed off to the side, almost like a poorly formatted webpage with bad mobile browser compatibility. The app is usable, just not as intuitive or as enjoyable as I hoped. Great workout though! ### 2/5 — won’t let me book classes *2022-04-21, version 1.16.0* What else is there to say?
