BarSpeed turns a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro 12+ into a full velocity-based training lab. Track every rep with depth-aware AR, get live velocity cues, and wrap each session with phase-aware insights, highlight-ready recaps, and analytics trusted by coaches.

• Guided setup gets you lifting fast—pick an exercise, load, and targets, then let BarSpeed calibrate LiDAR + ARKit to your rack.
• Live overlays surface concentric speed, ROM, time under tension, and adaptive framing cues so you never lose the bar.
• New phase selector tailors the Lifting Profile analysis to Strength, Power, Maintain, or Recovery goals, while Trend Analysis cards explain what changed (mass, 1RM, power) and what to do next.
