Does what it says on the tin without getting in your way. It answers one simple yet vexing question: if I'm downtown SF and am going to another downtown station, should I take BART or Muni? No maps with pins, no trip planners with multiple steps and screens, just a minimally interactive interface that tells you exactly what you want know.
