I added someone’s name and it added five of the same name Also you cannot track your keg consumption I wish they would at least acknowledge my messages **Developer response:** Hey! I’m sorry that your experience with the app has been subpar, I try to iron out bugs as they appear but sometimes there’s one or another that I miss. While adding more currencies is on the to-do list, using USD for CAD should work in the meantime as it’s only used to determine how to display the prices/balances. Automatic stock tracking is also in the pipeline for future updates but I can unfortunately make no promises of when it might hit the App Store due to time constraints. Not sure how that works with kegs, but would love to hear more! Regarding your earlier messages, I’m pretty sure I haven’t received them. I’m quite diligent in answering when I do get feedback because I really value it. Might be something’s gone wrong with the in-app mailing system that I set up. It looks like what I need but it just doesn’t not work? It happens on iPhone and iPad. Ipad and iPhone are up to date. I will try again if you can fix otherwise will have to cancel prior to evaluation period. **Developer response:** Hey! If you didn’t have time to fully try out the app during your trial period, please reach out to me at info@bartab.info and I will add another month’s free trial time so you can get a fair chance at evaluating if this app is for you. ### 3/5 — Odd behaviour and can't find help *2024-07-18, version 1.7.2* This app looks like just what we're after, but I have a few questions and can't find support or docs? In the demo, once I have more than one customer, people seem to only be able to buy one item at a time - is this intended. eg: if you click beer, you must them click customer and finalise. What if they want three beers? Surely don't have to click customer and finalise 3x? ### 3/5 — Good Concept *2022-06-24* Really like the concept- this app is exactly what we’re looking for to run our special events bars. Had issues with item pricing jumping from $3.00 to $300000.00. Would download this app again if that issue was resolved. The issue I have is when you edit a persons tab to add or subtract from their balance it does not let you leave a note as to why the amount was changed. When you click on note it just closes out instead of letting you type. If this was fixed 5 stars for sure. I’ma computer guy so I added a lil extra flare to make my drink and for menu comfortable to use to include leaving drink prep instructions for anyone working with me.
