### 4/5 — Add the Modified Barthel Index as an option

This app would be better if it also included the option to use the Modified Barthel Index.  This would be my only suggestion.  The Modified Barthel allows for more improvements in smaller increments.

Helpful app but could be improved. For one wish it printed darker, it prints very light. Wish it had a client history. Wished they supported this app better as it appears like it has not had any updates since it was listed in the App Store which has been a couple years ago.
