Nevertheless when it’s working good it’s an excellent study tool. BUT… the APP itself is super wonky as well as using the app mobile In browser. It’s so uncomfortable to ask questions and navigate in the app/mobile website. It’s nice to use on PC but realistically, most people who are going to be doing live chats or asking questions about a problem are going to want to do it mobile. It’s more comfortable to take a photo on your phone and submit the question, also nice to have it on the go. It’s just so wonky and trash on mobile on the app and browser. That charge occurred because I forgot to cancel My subscription. The subscription occurred because it was set inside My school’s bookstore under the Course Materials section. At that time, Our Course Materials simply were not being made available ~ In conclusion, This entity was very straight forward and rapidly removed My subscription the same day I notified Them of My error. Im not sure how to write a review on their essay website so I am going to do it here. It is currently 2:20 AM, I decided I did not need their subscription for 400k+ essays (and they literally mean over 400k) not because it was bad but because I’m not going to school anymore. It helped me write an entrance essay in 1 hour for a nursing program when I was having literal writers block for a month. The reason why I am so impressed is because of their customer service. I needed to cancel my subscription and the only way to do that was by emailing their support team. I got nervous when it said they would respond in no more than 12 hours but sent the email at 1:50 am anyway. I kid you not, I received a response within 20 minutes with my subscription canceled and a, short & sweet “thank you for your time.” I’m impressed. There was no delay, it was very timely, convenient, and very easy to do. There was also no one trying to convince me to stay subscribed to their site. When I decide to go back to school, you better bet I will be resubscribed in an instant.
