The completely revamped homepage gives you an immediate overview of what’s going on. You can see at a glance which orders you can expect today, allowing you to plan more effectively and avoid any surprises. Another new feature is the ability to record receipts. This allows you and your colleagues to see immediately whether all materials are in place before a job begins. This prevents miscommunication and ensures smoother project preparation. In addition, the picking lists are now also available on mobile. So you can simply head into the warehouse with your phone to collect materials for a project. Do you work with a linked ERP system? In this update, we introduce two powerful new features that make managing your inventory even easier: Pick Lists and Balances. Pick Lists – now also in the App The pick list functionality was already available via the online environment and is now fully integrated into the mobile app. • View pick lists created online • See immediately where the items are located in the warehouse • Easily remove items by scanning the stock sticker • Confirm the removal and the stock will be updated automatically This allows you to work faster, more accurately, and always with an up-to-date stock position. Select the items you want to stock and process them immediately, or scan the stock sticker to stock them quickly. - Smarter automatic orders When you scan a stock sticker to order automatically, you will now first receive confirmation of the removal from stock. If the stock falls below the set minimum, the replenishment will be ordered automatically.
