## What is BAS?

BAS-IP Link is an application allows you to receive video calls from BAS-IP outdoor panels and monitors to your mobile device, open a lock via Bluetooth, call an elevator, and create guest passes.

The application requires the use of the Link server.

### 1/5 — Не спрацьовує віддалений доступ на iOS

Не можливо відчинити двері віддалено, хоча саме заради цієї функції і встановлювали домофон! Не спрацьовує виклик з домофон а на телефон щоб можна було побачити і почути того хто хоче увійти!

Хорошая идея, но реализация хромает. Постоянные проблемы с открытием двери. Непонятно почему вызов с домофона приходит на телефон каждый раз по разному - иногда в виде баннера(самый удобный вариант) можно нажать на зеленую кнопку и откроется приложение сразу с видео с нужной панели. Но чаще всего звонок приходит как обычный вызов, со слайдером для ответа, в таком случае, нужно сворачивать звонок, искать приложение на экране, потом догадаться с какой панели поступил вызов, зайти в нее и только тогда открыть - это жесть какая-то, все это время человек ждет у дверей. В настройках приложения стоит галочка «свернутый баннер» но это ни на что не влияет. Сделайте нормально пожалуйста, чтобы не приходилось нервничать каждый раз когда тебе звонят в домофон. В остальном все более чем удобно реализовано, особенно нравится пропуск в виде ссылки, очень удобно.

Після відкриття дверей з домофону, додаток продовжує дзвонити на телефоні. Треба руками закривати додаток.
Відкрити швидко двері і побачити швидко хто дзвонить у домофон ще той квест на iPhone (15).
Часто червоне коло зʼєднання світиться без всяких на то пояснень і це при наявності wifi підключення.

There is no function, only remotely opening the intercom works with great difficulty. It is impossible to add UKEY. There are no passes. What is indicated in the screenshots does not correspond to the application.
