## What is Basalt Cobalt?

Most smartphone users carry at least three or four recurring subscriptions they signed up for months ago and have since forgotten about. Some of these are still worth paying for. Others have quietly outlived their usefulness while continuing to drain your account every billing cycle. This app exists to make the distinction visible and actionable. It tracks all your recurring charges in one place, flags the ones that have not been actively used recently, and presents your full subscription landscape in a format that makes comparison and decision-making straightforward. The goal is not to eliminate subscriptions — it is to make sure every one you keep is one you would actively choose to start again today if you were starting from scratch. Use it once a month, or whenever you notice your bank balance falling faster than expected.
