全国のベースフードユーザーや、ベースフード社員と交流できるコミュニティアプリです。

更新すると画面がガチャガチャするのが嫌だなと思います
アプデはあっても直らないので直す気はないのか気付いていないのか直せないのか
ポイントを貰うために更新をしないといけないのもちょっと…
ポイント取得の上限に達していると知らせてくれるのは良いのですが、表記がちょっと分かりづらいです…

ベースフードを1年以上続けているからアプリを入れたけど、前のアプリもそうだったがとにかく重い。
iOS16にしてから、ホワイトアウト、ブラックアウト、タグをつけて投稿しようとすると画面が固まり投稿が出来ない。
その件についても問い合わせしたが「公式のプログラムではiOS16ではどうにもできない」との返事。
しかもこのLaboというアプリは、アレンジ投稿している人間だけが「ベースフードを愛して愛用している」と思ってるらしい。

公式に対してマイナスイメージになる改善提案や、何が原因かわからないが、とにかくこのアプリを担当しているスタッフが、気に入らなければ「勝手に削除」して他人に投稿を見えないようにしてしまう。
明るくて前向きでキラキラした投稿以外は消される可能性があるので、使うなら良く考えた方がいいと思う。
この会社のコンセプトは「健康」だったと思うが、いつのまにか「置き換えダイエット」食品になってるのも、閉鎖的なコミュニティなのも、商品は良いのに少し残念なアプリ。
こんな事を書けば消される(強制退会)だろうが、やっぱりおかしいと思うし、アプリの不具合は直してほしい。
