Base is your companion for metabolic and weight health. It brings the numbers that matter — weight, body composition, lab results, medications, and how you actually feel week to week — into one calm, private place, and turns them into insights you can understand. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log your weight and see your trend over time, not just today's number. • Complete a quick weekly check-in — mood, side effects, appetite, and adherence — so patterns become visible. • Track medications and doses, including GLP-1 treatments, with reminders you control. • Add lab results and InBody scans by snapping a photo — Base reads the numbers for you to confirm and save. • Connect Apple Health to bring in steps, heart rate, sleep, and resting heart rate for a fuller picture. • Set goals that go beyond the scale, and follow short lessons on metabolic health. UNDERSTAND YOUR DATA Base uses AI to turn your own data into plain-language summaries — a short weekly insight and a daily wearable signal. These are informational only. They never change your care plan, and your direct identifiers (name, date of birth, email, phone) are removed before any data is processed. You can opt out of AI features any time in Settings → Privacy & data, and see exactly how AI is used under "How AI is used." STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR CARE TEAM If your clinician, nutritionist, or lab invited you, connect with an access code to share the records you choose. You decide what to share, and you can disconnect at any time. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL • Export a full copy of your data whenever you want. • Delete your account and personal data directly in the app. • Manage consent for each purpose individually. • Health data is encrypted, never used for advertising, and never sold.
