## What is 高知まんがBASE?

高知まんがBASEは「まんが王国・土佐」としての蓄積された資料や情報を発信する基地として誕生しました。
高知のまんが文化の歴史紹介や出身漫画家のこだわりのアイテム展示、「まんが王国・土佐」に縁の漫画家による寄せ書きやサインの数々をご覧いただけます。また多数収蔵されたまんが雑誌を読む事ができたり、まんが甲子園の資料や作品展示、作画を体験できるブース、スマートフォンのARアプリを使ってキャラクターと記念撮影できたりします。まんが好きや漫画家を志すみんなが集える多目的な「まんがルーム」もあったり、まんがと出会い、楽しみ、集い、学ぶ、まんが文化の皿鉢（さわち）料理のような施設となっています。
