All of my starting hitters are rated in the 80s, some in the 90s. Even my backups are 75-78. My guys can barely get the ball out of the infield against CPU pitchers. But when my 85-87 rated pitchers take the mound, the CPU hitters rated in the low-70s are spraying doubles through the gaps. Yeah, it’s grindy, but I like games like that, and I like baseball, so this game is perfect for me. One thing I think would be a really cool addition to the game, though, would be the ability to set where your fielders are positioned. I would love to have more control of where my infielders play, especially because there’s so many different scenarios in baseball that require different strategies and positioning, and I think that being able to have the infield play in, or back, or even just having the 3rd baseman play in, or off the bag. Same thing with the 1st baseman. For those that know baseball, this could be a really cool feature to add to the strategy of the game. ### 5/5 — Great game *2026-08-24, version 3.9.2* I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s a fun game. It’s easy to pad stats in the beginning, but it gets more and more difficult. One thing I’d love to see in an update are postseason awards equivalent to MLB such as league MVPs and Cy Young Award winners, Silver Sluggers and so on.
