Great writing, fantastic stats and historical references. The app can definitely be improved with background loading and faster page rendering. The economics of it are screwy. There are six issues per year. The single issue cost is $1.99, so buying each issue for the year will cost $11.94. The yearly subscription price is double that. I think I'll keep the extra $12 and just buy each issue as it is released.
