Only problem was often time when it showed the runner make it to base, it would still say out but you could always tell when it was going to happen and it was consistent. With the new update, nothing is consistent. The stats of the players matter more which is great, but it isn’t consistent with how often the stats are applicable. ### 4/5 — Glitched *2023-08-21* Fielders throw to first and second and batter/runner is called out even though the ball reaches the base AFTER the runner! If the ball is out of the box then it is a ball. You can’t tag home plate. The players will run on a pop up and it still count when they are supposed to go back to the bag. ### 3/5 — App freezes and crashes *2023-04-03, version 1.1.1* The game is fun but it freezes up sometimes forcing you to exit and re-enter which makes you lose the matchup and the coins you spent playing it. Also there are times it freezes or crashes while opening a card pack with player upgrades and other bonuses. I waited 8 hours one time for the card pack to open, and when I opened it the app crashed and I didn’t receive any of the upgrades or bonuses. It just vanished like it never happened. Same with putouts. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Luck not skill *2024-06-01* It would be swell if the developers knew how the game of baseball works. No double plays. The fielder will get an out and literally watch another runner run right past to get on base. 3rd base will field a ball with 20 minutes worth of time to tag their runner or base but instead, throws to first when the runner is already there. You can’t control the runners so if they make it to the base before the outfielder has the ball in their glove, they continue running to the next base which gives 4 days worth of time for the outfielder to throw them out instead of the runner staying on the base they just made it to. It practically forces you to buy coins for upgrades. You can win 500 coins in 1 game but the next upgrade is 10,000 coins. You can throw an obvious unhittable ball while pitching but to the batter, it’s a homerun if timing is right. I guess 6 ft bats are a thing now. It’s just an incredibly stupid game and it’s based off luck. ### 1/5 — Bad game *2023-10-06* It has no realistic and no world teams players slow as heck nothing is fun about this game it’s just for weirdos who like to hit stuff and runners like to run like 10 mph. It’s not fun do not play this game if you do it is the worst time and they don’t even play nine innings. This is a game made by a developer who doesn’t know baseball and has only watched it a couple times. It’s a game based on baseball. Absolutely terrible. There’s no game to be played. It’s your player rating vs their player rating. There’s no throwing balls, no stealing bases, no throwing bad pitches, etc. if their rating or team is better than yours, you lose period. But for the second time the other team is taking a win because of fly balls that were obviously caught by my outfielders are being ruled as hits. I don’t get it. Please correct it. The thank you. I’m playing again today and have a good lead. The opponents are hitting flys right into my glove and are getting ruled as hits. The opponents are even tagging up on these flys and I’m throwing them in in plenty of time to tag them out but they just run bases around me. What is the explanation here? It’s like it is done on purpose. ### 1/5 — Poor game development *2023-04-11* Miniclip you normally make pretty cool and good games that are actually complexed and I like that because you put a lot of details and so forth in your games. But I feels like you gave up on this game. It was fun at first but the gameplay is just boring. You can choose where to throw it, I’ve been to three different locations on the game and it’s always shown San Francisco for the first three places. I hate how quick the game is honestly. I don’t want 9 innings but game should be a slight longer. But the thing I think I dislike the most is as a pitcher you just throw it and hope the batter doesn’t hit it. You should have selections to throw a curve ball or something. As I said miniclip you normally make great games but this game in my opinion failed.
