The package was shipped to the wrong address, returned to them, and since then I’ve had no solution. I’ve sent more than 3 emails and social media messages with the correct address, but they never reply. They don’t have a phone line, and it’s impossible to reach anyone. As of now, I haven’t received the backpack nor a refund.
