I turned on the first video the 6 steps.  I turned it off within 30 seconds.  The man knows nothing don't waste your time with this.  DO NOT send him any money it's a waste

Your team is like the ball you pitch the nicer you are you will still get a few strikes but your ball will go slower than normal.
You need to push your team to make the ball go fast and get right to the catchers mit
