### 3/5 — Lots of glitches

*2025-06-27, version 4.1*

Lots of glitches, have to restart often. Hard to change mistakes.

### 4/5 — Needs documentation

*2022-03-29*

I score high school games only to track the game while I’m announcing. I don’t need a complex scoring app like Gamechanger or iScore nor do I want to pay for a subscription. BB pro fits my needs. I just have to learn how it scores. I got behind in action during an inning and just wanted to score three outs to move into the next inning but couldn’t do that. Had to revert to my paper score sheet. Scoring is confusing.

### 3/5 — Looks nice

*2018-09-08, version 4.1*

Great looking app. Hope you don’t make any mistakes because fixing them is not easy.

### 2/5 — Major Problems

*2015-07-04*

This latest version has some major issues. Please go back to the older version.

### 4/5 — Great

*2015-06-11, version 3.6*

Only thing I can suggest is minor league rosters

### 2/5 — 2015 Roster Update

*2015-04-21, version 3.6*

When will the 2015 Major League roster update happen? Makes it tough to follow the games when subs happen and your trying to input the player information in.

### 4/5 — Great app except at the beginning of the season

*2015-04-12, version 3.6*

I love this app, it's easy to use lots of great features. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the fact that we are a week into the season and the 2015 MLB rosters aren't available to download yet. Otherwise it's great,

### 2/5 — Missing 2015 MLB Rosters

*2015-04-08, version 3.6*

The 2014 Majors rosters are still available (More > Tools > Import Public Rosters), but I'm not seeing the 2015 rosters. Teams can be entered individually but that's very time consuming, and the app description states the ability to import rosters.

### 4/5 — Good

*2014-05-13, version 3.0.140506*

Some glitches, but overall great

### 2/5 — Update hurts big time

*2014-03-30, version 3.0.140318*

I loved this app and scored games all the time. With the most recent update, the app does not allow you to finalize a game if scoring errors exist. The previous version, just made you aware of the errors. For one who is scoring game just for fun and not tracking season long stats, it's frustrating to see all my games listed as in progress. Hopefully this will be corrected with the next update. Other than that, it serves it's purpose

### 4/5 — 2013 SAL

*2013-09-03, version 3.0.130324*

No 2013 South Atlantic League. But easy to work easy to read and easy manual add of teams.

### 4/5 — Works great, just needs to be dressed up

*2013-08-25, version 3.0.130324*

The bones of this program are perfect. Great scoring system, easy to use, and functional. The iPhone version is limited by the screen size, but the iPad version is really enjoyable to use. The only detraction from this app is it has ugly backgrounds and is not customizable in appearance. Would be really fun to use if you could import MLB logos and stadium dimensions and such, and if the user could customize the backgrounds.

### 4/5 — Great App for Tournaments

*2013-06-23, version 3.0.130324*

Use the app to keep track of our travel ball team statistics during tournament play. It has not disappointed and proven to be an asset when preparing the line-up for consecutive games.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Point Streak scorer

*2023-06-23*

This app is horrible. do not bother trying it. Waste of time. END

### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve downloaded

*2020-10-07*

Ok this app is not fair I had to rush through all the batters and when I pressed accept the batter name just disappeared and when I finally got it after 3 BATTERS IT KILLED THE APP IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FIRST THIS APP IS JUST NOT FAIR I do NOT recommend this app

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2019-05-06*

App perpetually crashes and emailing company takes days and sometimes weeks to get a response

### 1/5 — Worst Baseball Score app available

*2019-05-03, version 4.1*

I simply can’t believe all the positive reviews for this app. It is about as unintuitive as you could get. I’ve used iScore and GameChanger and both are far superior for many reasons but not least because learning those programs is breathtakingly simpler. Other problems include, apparent unavailability of instructions or practice game capability, incomplete result menus, no functions for varying velocity of hit ball, pitch kind location etc. I could go on and on. Save the many hours of frustration it will take to figure this app out and use a better app.

### 1/5 — Never saves games, completely worthless

*2019-02-16*

Don’t waste your time. Seriously, you will waste your time plugging in lineups. The app will crash, or just not save your work anyway, so find another app and save the hassle.

### 1/5 — This app is a nightmare

*2018-06-12*

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more complicated or non-intuitive app to do something simple. I’ve been using GameChanger for years, and I don’t even need to give lessons on how to use it for people who know how to play baseball. This is very user unfriendly.

### 1/5 — WILL NOT LET ME ADD TEAMS

*2015-05-19, version 3.6*

App won't let me add any teams to any of the leagues I've created.

### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time

*2015-02-28, version 3.4*

Not entirely stable. Caused a couple of freezes on my pad. Stats are less comprehensive than either iScore Baseball or GameChanger. This may not be true with the paid extra version, but I don't really care to find out.
I was able to get the program to give me an impossible outcome. Batter 1 is hit by pitch and goes to first. Batter 2 advances Batter 1 to second with a single. Batter 3 also hits a single and it is enough to drive in a run. Program insists that when the smoke clears, Batter 3 is on first, Batter 2 has scored and Batter 1 has disappeared, after neither scoring or being put out.
Limited undo capability and edits are counter-intuitive. I hope my league doesn't force this product on me!

### 1/5 — Outdated and not user friendly

*2013-06-12, version 3.0.130324*

I've been score keeping for over 10 years in youth baseball. About 4 years ago I discovered GameChanger and that app set a pretty high standard. This year our league moved over to PointSteak which requires this app to keep score. I must say, that was a major step backwards. This app does not communicate well with the server. Despite all of our games showing up on the web site, the app doesn't recognize these games and I need to create new games. The app/server are frequently confused by the players and it creates duplicate entries for players messing up the stats. Don't even get me started on the user interface for this app, it's like going back to DOS after using iOS, very frustrating and not intuitive or forgiving at all.

### 1/5 — Missing St. Louis

*2013-04-16, version 3.0.130324*

St. Louis roster is also missing.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Grandpa using this app to keep record of granddaughter.

*2023-04-22*

I enjoy using this app to help keep records of my granddaughters softball games. Its a personal thing and no one else should be interested in how I score her and the things she does. Thanks for not requiring a league or other requirement like some other apps.

### 5/5 — Always loved this scorebook

*2020-09-22*

I’ve used this for many many years. Purchased the pro and couldn’t be happier. Wish they had kept up with this app. Still use it just takes a little work to get in rosters the first time but then they are there for the next game. Use to keep accumulated stats until they stopped updating.

### 5/5 — Pre-loading MLB makes this one stand out

*2015-07-01*

And this app helps me follow two games at once.

I go to or watch a lot of Cardinals games and I follow the Toronto Blue Jays through my phone. I use Pointstreak to keep track of the Blue Jays' plays and my eyes to follow St. Louis.

This is far easier to use than pen and paper. I tried 3 or 4 other apps but what made this one stand out was downloading rosters. I was able to get the Blue Jays in, edit for trades, and easily start in 30 minutes without having to sit for hours and do it all manually. I can plug in whatever the opposing team is without any research and "play ball."

I still haven't mastered the complicated plays (Fielder's Choice; Single, error, reaches second, and baserunner steals home) but I've only used this three times.

My next goal is to sit at Busch stadium and document the Jays this Friday.

Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2014-04-03, version 3.0.140331*

I've continued to figure out (a) how to score baseball games & (b) how to score games with this app. As I've gone along I've come to appreciate more & more how the app works, which is quite well. Let's face it - scoring can get complicated no matter what "system" you use, especially late in a game when there's substitutions & double switches. And just like scoring manually, you have to PAY ATTENTION to the game. What I think is going to be really interesting is challenges & reversed calls in the MLB.

### 5/5 — Fabulous scoring App

*2014-04-02*

This is a fabulous App, used it to score many games during 2013. It's beautifully put together and allows you to enter details in a number of different ways, all of which are simple to undo (a must when official scorers change their mind). Support is always available and very quick to reply to queries (pretty much within a couple of minutes), and they're updating the roster set to include the 2014 Major League set, which will be available soon.

Can't recommend this App enough, give it a try, you won't be disappointed if you love scoring games.

### 5/5 — Suzanne

*2013-06-08, version 3.0.130324*

Very good. Easy to use, making corrections very simple. Like a lot

### 5/5 — Tougher to learn, but worth it

*2013-05-30, version 3.0.130324*

I did a lot of research before using this app to start scoring games. It is by far the best app available. It is tougher to learn how to use then Game Changer, but once you get the hang of it (watch 15 minutes of tutorials and 1 MLB practice game) it becomes so easy to use, especially if you are used to keeping a real book and understand how to really keep score.

### 5/5 — Great for Little Leagues

*2013-05-19, version 3.0.130324*

Used the old K-Force software on my HP Pocket PC until 2008. Having this now to follow the boys in high school has been even better using the iPad. Once you learn the it, it's faster than using the traditional scorebook.

### 5/5 — Greatest Baseball Scorecard App

*2013-04-20, version 3.0.130324*

App takes about 2 or 3 games to get the flow, but well worth it. Very well thought out. Highly recommend it!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2013-02-22, version 2.0.110626*

Been using this app for our high school team. Works great.
