Even after logging in, the application is unable to retrieve my booking info, and is therefore incapable of performing its sole function (as an access card replacement). **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Since October 2020 we have spent a lot of time and effort to improve stability and general performance of the application. Please download the recent version of the app to double-check if your past issues are still present.
