Does not seem to work on my iPhone!!

Google Maps (which also has usability issues) has all the trams and stop information, plus it suggests better routes than the BVB app. Today for example the BVB app told me to change trams but didnt leave me enough time to walk the 50m, so i watched my connection pass, i was left stranded, and i missed my train.

A good working app ruined by unreliable current routings. Multiple suggested itineraries through Badische Bahnhof are worthless due to cataclysmic construction in the area. Use at your peril as this is not real-time info.

This is my go-to up for Basel public transportation. Love it!

PLEASE fix it asap.
Since last iOS update to 11.6.2 it won’t load the trips (Fahrplanauskunft) anymore. 
After typing in location and destination the round circle shows up to eventually stop

J'utilise cette app chaque jour avant de partir pour l'école, pour faire magasiner, etc. Maintenant, c'est tellement facile d'utiliser le transport public. Merci pour avoir créé cette app!
