Have been working out with Basement Beast for approximately three years now. I'm 49 and the bands are easier on my joints than iron (not that iron isn't still great for weight training). Had been searching for a program that allowed me to get my workout done before leaving for work every day. This program checks ALL the boxes for me and has helped me to live a healthier lifestyle. Yes, it's about working out, but more importantly, it is about forming good habits that lead to a long, healthy lifestyle and your best life for as long as possible. Thanking God for this program and all of the physical and mental benefits that come with staying with it day after day, week after week, year after year.

Once you track your progress and mark workouts as complete in the app, they cannot reset the progress to start your tracking over again. So if you want to track your progress and have it reset, you still have to use the website version.
