Unable to book parking with default setting because now I must select a car first when there are multiple cars in the list. I haven’t been able to book car space because they are always “fully booked”, but I could see that there are always plenty of empty car spots on the day. ### 1/5 — Lousy *2025-05-30, version 2.20.4* Let’s you do look around, but kicks you out and tells you to sign in when you go to book ### 2/5 — Access page not working *2025-04-16, version 2.20.3* Please fix the access page. It hasn’t worked in weeks. There must be some technical issues where it always try to refresh (rather than cache in poor reception)… which means the app can take ages to load in car parks (where we use it!). My phone has the latest update. I have booked parking I can’t access. The level of stress this app causes me entering or exiting my work car park is next level. There’s no ability to edit your booking, you’ve got to cancel and rebook, which is ridiculous. When exiting the car park, numerous times the app has “enter car park” as the option to open, rather than exit. It’s just inefficient. Also, there needs to be better hands free functionality because it’s illegal to use your phone, and I’d prefer not to need to place my car in park and then use the app. ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-02-15, version 2.15.1* No idea why I am forced to use this app to get into my work carpark. It is slow to detect gates and is frustrating to use. ### 1/5 — Mediocre *2023-10-10, version 2.13.0* Maybe fix your app so that when we try and book a spot when a new date is released it doesn’t crash repeatedly until the spots are all exhausted. Rather than offering up some lame “check your internet connection” excuse, when that’s definitely not the issue and it’s the apps inability to handle the demand at that point in time. To prospective downloaders avoid using if possible, unfortunately for me that isn’t an option. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2023-10-06, version 2.13.0* So buggy. I can’t even add my car to the app to make a booking. ### 1/5 — Poorly developed app *2023-10-05, version 2.13.0* If someone parks in my allocated spot, often app would not let me cancel booking and rebook, or find me an alternative spot. Showed up status 500 error message that means nothing to end user. The whole year I reported this every time it happened, nothing improved, customer support and developer did not seem willing to fix, putting blame elsewhere. Every time i enter my building I’m technically committing an offence by using my mobile phone. Ridiculous! - Why do I need to use Bluetooth, handle the phone to unlock just to register my entry to the car park - it is slow and inefficiently - why not sync with the existing and and higger tech corporate entry systems (RFID cards, numberplate recognition etc) - profile and registrations - why can’t this app sync with corporate systems instead of unvalidated user inputs. The rego field in BaseUp is at least 32 characters long and not validated. - In 2026, why no apple CarPlay or android auto functionality? The app encourages use of phone when operating the vehicle in the current configuration - rego can’t be changed/swapped to another in my profile once parking is booked. Requires a cancellation -and rebook often prompting a loss of available parking. - frequent intervention to keep booking parking every week is antiquated. Why not a profile for the whole year including user manageable holiday periods? Why can’t I ask Siri to book my next parking? - no integration to calendar functionality of phone, reminding me of upcoming bookings, etc. - why is there no feedback/record to user as to actual times checked in/ out of parking?
