With the BASF Coatings Remote Support App you can get into direct and personal contact with BASF Experts. You can chat with them, call or do a video conference, exchange data and much more to make sure you get the best support possible in case of need.

- To remove images and videos sent by accident or files that are out of date, experts and technicians can now delete files they sent from the chat history of an incident.

- For an incident overview that is always up to date, users can archive incidents they do not want to monitor anymore.

- Screen sharing works reliably when using a VPN network
- Pictures taken and shared on iOS are not rotated by 90° anymore
