该APP是由中山大学附属第一医院基础外科学院(College of Basic Surgery, CBS)设计的CBS外科医师培训管理平台，通过智能手机作为互联网接入终端，为CBS外科培训医师提供丰富、优质的在线教学资源，帮助教师有效管理教学活动、跟踪教学进度、评估教学效果。其设计、内容、功能均严格遵循国家相关标准及要求开发。
