It looks good and is nice if you need a phone number or two but do yourself a favor and put the phone number in contacts and don't waste your memory on this app! I scheduled my first service appointment and never received a confirmation phone call like the app states will happen so I skipped the appointment. I scheduled a second appointment the following week and called them myself on Monday morning to confirm and the advisor asked my name and then asked the problem (I only gave him one out of three issues that I was bringing it in for), and then said "oh, yea, ...there it is", your appointment is all set. When I dropped the vehicle off, the outside guy asked me what I was bringing it in for and I told him the three issues. He took me to an advisor but didn't repeat the problems to him. Low and behold when the advisor printed the repair order only one of the issues was printed (the one i told him on the phone), proving he got no info from the App. I was squeezed in because at the end of the day they wanted to keep the vehicle another day to continue to troubleshoot a tricky problem! I feel this is a bunch of BS and they didn't even look at my car the first day because I had no appointment pre scheduled from the app. Bottom line, call in your service appointment and speak to an advisor to schedule a real appointment or you won't see your car for a few days! To Basil.......staying in the trend with an App that is virtually useless is worse that not being there at all! ### 3/5 — Content *2012-06-15* It would be nice to see more actual photos of vehicles at the location instead if stock photos. ## Frequently asked questions about Basil Ford ### What can I do with Basil Ford?
