Nowhere on the description page does it say it requires either.
Absolutely no way are you having my phone number.
And why the need to be online and for an account??

Straightforward and simplistic approach to budgeting. Connecting my bank account was a breeze. Love being able to clearly see how much I have left to spend each month right when I load the app.
