## What is BASIS Prague?

BASIS Prague is the official parent portal for BASIS Prague school families.

It brings everyday school matters into one place on your phone. Sign in with your school Microsoft account and handle requests, family information, and school contacts without chasing emails or paper forms.

SCHOOL REQUESTS
• Submit leave requests for past absences or planned time away
• Choose a reason, dates, and optional notes
• Track request status and respond when the school asks for more information
• Review leave history for each child
• Authorize early pick-up when someone needs to collect your child

YOUR FAMILY
• See linked students in one place
• Keep family and student profile details up to date, including contact and pick-up information

SCHOOL CONTACTS
• Find campus phone numbers, emails, maps, and websites when you need to reach the school

Built as a parent portal for school life at BASIS Prague — starting with requests and family management, and ready to grow with more school services over time.

The app is available in English and Czech. A BASIS Prague school account is required to sign in.
