## What is BasisBall?

BasisBall – functional training using medicineball. Work out like the athletes! BasisBall is a Norwegian concept, created from long experience, tons of knowledge and the love of working out.

This free version contains effective exercises for functional training. Each exercise is shown on video, and with description. Use them as a routine or as a supplement to your training, and BasisBall will give you a full body workout.
