## What is Basisschool App?

Welcome to the ParentCom App, the app for all parent communication in education developed by Parentcom.
With the ParentCom App, teachers can easily, quickly, and safely share photos, messages, and school updates with parents. The ParentCom App contributes to an active and creative school community and is linked to the school administration system.

How does the app work for parents?
- Download the app and then select your primary school via the search screen or the provided QR code. After following the installation instructions in the app, it will automatically adjust to the look and feel to that of your school. The ParentCom App is free for parents to use.

With the ParentCom App from Parentcom, you can:
- Receive push notifications with important announcements from the class and/or school;
- Read school news;
- Receive personal messages;
- Send 1-on-1 messages with your child's teacher or other school staff;
- Send forms such as privacy preferences, sickness, and/or leave;
- View the annual calendar and link it to your private agenda;
- Sign up as a volunteer parent;
- View photos and videos from the class;
- Pay school invoices in collaboration with WIS collect.

Ik geraak maar niet ingelogd ondanks ik een nieuwe wachtwoord heb gekregen zeer spijtig

The app is very good and well organised. Kudos!!!

However the back navigation button on the iOS app on new devices (iPhone 15 and later) is too close to the top left corner of the screen. When viewing a photo or an email, this makes it impossible to tap it in one attempt and navigate back to the previous screen.

It should be lower taking into account the dynamic island.

De app loopt continu vast de moment dat je ingelogd bent, als je 1van de opties neemt zoals bv persoonlijke inbox duurt het een paar minuten voor hij deze wil openen!!!
Geen leuke ervaring om zo de app te moeten gebruiken

De app is heel handig en makkelijk. 
Ik kan gemakkelijk alles terugvinden en de berichten zijn heel duidelijk.Maar ik vind het jammer dat er geen geluid is op de video’s .Dat zou veel leuker zijn maar alsnog dit is mijn mening prettige dag verder.
