Almost all my players have a 100 rating and have maximised their earning so there’s not much to do anymore. May I suggest doing a few tweaks to the academy where we can train and improve someone with a 32 rating for example and make him a higher rated amateur by the time he’s eligible to be drafted. It wouldn’t really matter as there is nothing basketball specific here other than the name. The game is a repetetive text grind, that exploits the well known formula of performing the same actions over and over again, until you’re fully upgraded.
