### 1/5 — Basketball Playmaker

*2012-10-06*

Very poorly designed app. Does not show player movement, no way to show screens, simply jumps from one position to another. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2011-10-24, version 1.25*

You can do very little as far as writing plays. You cannot set screens, everything is STRAIGHT LINES (no v cuts here), no squiggle line on dribble penetration, no dotted lines on passes, forget curl cuts. This is quite possibly the worst $10 I have ever spent. One star because they wouldn't let me give a zero.

### 1/5 — Overpriced.. wish I could have my money back

*2011-10-12*

This is a very much overpriced app. In the description it gives the idea that you will be in total control of everything but things are not as they seem. The color of the court for example can never look like a real court!

Everytime you make a move there is an annoying sound that you cannot choose to stop.

There is no full court option, just a zoom out and then you have half the screen of the ipad black and blank!

You cannot export the plays as a whole, you can only export the phase of the play you are looking at!

The graphics are very very very poor...like they are from a previous decade.

I wish I could have a refund, but itunes doesn't give you that option..unfortunately.

### 1/5 — Lost 9.99

*2010-12-10, version 1.22*

App is a waste of money.

### 1/5 — boooo

*2010-10-31, version 0*

not a fan of the app. not worth the money, you can get the same from $1 app. no erase or step back function. If you do more than a few steps in a play it just becomes a jumbled mess of lines. The animations should erase the lines after each step so you can see the true motions. You would think paying more for an app you would get some nice functions but nothing that stands out. It would be nice when "recording" a play you could move 2 or more players at the same time in each frame rather than one by one each player moves. on an iphone, the finger touch is not accurate. overall very frustrating to use...waste of money : (

### 5/5 — Great app

*2010-12-09, version 1.22*

This is a terrific app and has improved dramatically since it was release a couple months ago. The original version allowed a coach like myself to draw up plays and play them back. Since then the developer has added the ability to run the plays on a big projection screen (which is great in a locker room). I can toggle lines off and on and even link names to the other team's players (i.e.“the red headed kid” instead of # 5).

I've talked to the developer several times and he is very responsive and seems determined to make this a world class sports app.
The only caveat – this is really an iPad only app. The iPhone is really too small. But for the iPad I highly recommend it.
